Surfing

Well....I'd like to show you pictures of all of the great things I accomplished today.....but...I didn't really do anything photo-worthy!

Washed windows, did laundry, held a MOODY baby...surfed everyone's blogs. There are some really great people, doing great things!! I can't believe that there are so many talented ladies that will share what they know!!!

Just a few days ago, I stumbled upon Tracy "Mad Quilter"'s blog. She is AMAZING!! She doesn't consider herself "Artsy-Fartsy" but she is so full of CRAFT! Sewing, knitting, quilting, Mothering! She's got a list of patterns/tutorials on her blog. She also has a shop called Desert Rose Designs. Check it out!

Adrienne at Some of a kind is another mutli-talented gal. She's got me inspired to do some sewing for myself during her "May'd for Me" challenge. I've already got a few things I'd like to get working on....need more fabric though (There is always a reason to buy more fabric!!)

Oh! Fransson has some tutorials for different shopping bags, and lunch bags! Her blog is always full of fun stuff tolook at.

Betz White has a ton of felting tutorials, and one for a handy Jeans apron

If you love to embroider...or learn to do a little stitching Primrose design has tutorials for about 50 different stitches. (I only know 1 or 2...)

I want to do this soon....Crazy Mom Quilts has a tutorial for a rag rug made of old tee shirts!! It looks like a basic enough stitch that I could attempt it...?????

OK! Enough of the Blahh Blahh Blaahhh for one day! Go play at everyone else's blogs!

I think I am to fat to surf. I dont want the other surfers to laugh at me (fat girl on a little board). I got on one of your suggestions and found some great beads it made me think of my mom I might have to order.

I saw the tutorial about making rag rugs out of T-shirts and wanted to teach it to the ladies here. Only problem is that they wear their T-shirts until they are in shreds!! I guess I'll try it when I get home. Thanks for the fun evening of surfing. MUM
