Quilted

I made a quilt.

I had this great idea of how I wanted to photograph it too.
I was going to hang it from my clothesline, and capture its beauty as it was fluttering in the breeze.

BUT

It was Butt Freezin' Cold outside today! And the lovely breeze was an Arctic Guster!

So, I was reduced to this. This is all I can give you today.

I finally got to use Sandy Gervais "Objects of Desire". I love it! It has little pairs of the coolest high heeled shoes on it. The colors are fabulous and I backed it with minkie!

My Sister-in-Law, Busty Larue, did the quilting for me. She's Fantastic. If you look closely, you can see the cute flowers she put on it. Such a girly quilt

I think it has been about a year since I have had a chance to sew a quilt. I enjoyed it, and I might even do it again....next year....maybe, if I'm lucky.

Love it! But you, with shoes on a quilt? How odd. (Not!)

Now I want a new quilt with Minkee on the back. I'd better get started.
